Alison is a dedicated and experienced Yoga Teacher with an immense amount of knowledge.  Her classes are a delight and you leave them with a lot of positive energy.  Her teaching style is challenging and calming at the same time.  After each class you just feel good!   I can thoroughly recommend her. I recently started the gentle yoga class and love it! I wasn’t sure what it would be doing a class via Zoom, but Alison is very good at demonstrating/explaining the different stretches/exercises and adapting things to all abilities. I always finish each class feeling a lot better than before and have learnt some really useful relaxation techniques that I can use outside of class. Laura Oct 2020

I love the gentle mat yoga class: it’s a wonderful relaxing way to wind down and replenish after a busy work day and I always finish feeling like I could walk on air. Alison is an excellent, patient teacher and never puts any pressure on anyone to work beyond their means. Additionally the Zoom format makes it very convenient without taking anything away from the clarity and enjoyment of the lesson.  Finally something has made me look forward to Mondays! Liz  Oct 2020

I really enjoyed today’s Seated Yoga Zoom exercises.  It’s amazing how small movements can do so much good and I felt it was a therapeutic and relaxing work-out.  Thank you!  Val Jan 2021

I thoroughly enjoyed the day and came away feeling extremely relaxed and “at one with myself”.  I learnt some really good things that I can use when work life gets a tad stressful. I think my favourite part was the gong bath – it really took me to a peaceful place and I was sorry when it ended.  Looking forward to attending another session. Collette

The environment was perfect.  I feel that the space and atmosphere added to the experience.  For me it enhanced the shared energy and the power of our voices, the music and the sound of the gong. Vicky

The workshop today was relaxed and uplifting in the perfect setting of the grand Shaw House. All was well organised from beginning to end including a delicious homemade lunch( I couldn’t stop eating!) and herbal teas. The spark of kundalini’s been re-ignited today for me I feel through this beautiful workshop ; via a wealth of mantra, meditation, Kriya and a wonderful gong bath . Sue
