Yoga – past, present and future!
I have brought the yoga skills I have learned over many years into my daily life with long lasting and very positive results and my hope is to offer you the opportunity to discover and enjoy your own experience of this uplifting and life enhancing practice.
After many years of practicing yoga (Hatha, Iyengar and Sivananda), in 2002 I attended a Kundalini Yoga Class in Newbury which was amazing and inspiring! As I continued to regularly attend classes I soon found that it resonated with me on every level of my self development. Kundalini Yoga really is an uplifting, authentic and complete experience of body and breath work, mental focus, deep relaxation and spiritual connection. Not only does my practice continue to improve my physical and mental strength and self confidence but, crucially for me, it teaches me how to quieten my busy mind and deeply relax. Kundalini Yoga and Meditation has a vast and varied source of information and wisdom that continues to support me through life’s many challenges. Reliably offering me the tools to develop a balanced approach to my life and bringing me new insights, deeper understanding, joy and contentment.
