My Yoga Classes offer an uplifting blend of yoga postures (asanas), breath work (pranayama), mantras, music, deep relaxation and meditation. I teach Kundalini Yoga (dynamic), Gentle Mat Yoga (restorative) and Seated Yoga (very gentle chair exercises) live and on line (Zoom).
