I present Kundalini Yoga and Gong relaxation workshops as and when I can!
These events offer you the opportunity to go a little bit deeper into the technology of yoga and meditation as taught by Yogi Bhajan and to enjoy the healing sound of the Gong. It’s a chance to take time out of your busy routine, to nurture yourself, to go within and to relax in good company!

Balance Head and Heart
a very special Kundalini Yoga Workshop and Gong Relaxation
Life can sometimes feel like a roller coaster of opposing reactions between our head (too much thinking) and our heart (emotional overflow)!
In this workshop, I will guide you through a selection of Kundalini Yoga and Meditation techniques that
offer you ways to build a happy balance between your head and your heart.
Please join me for an immersion in Yoga and Meditation, a light vegetarian and vegan lunch, and a luxurious Gong Relaxation in the comfortable and historic 16th Shaw House!
£30 (paid before 26th Jan) £35 thereafter, (includes herbal teas and light lunch!)
No previous yoga experience is required to join this workshop
Yoga mats and blocks are provided and chairs are available if preferred for meditation.
Please bring a blanket / cushion for extra comfort during the Gong Relaxation.
