I have brought the skills I have learned from Kundalini Yoga into my daily life with long lasting and very positive results. By sharing Yogi Bhajan’s inspirational teachings with you, I hope to present you with the opportunity to discover and enjoy your own experience of Kundalini Yoga.

After many years of trying different types of yoga, I attended a Kundalini Yoga Class in Newbury and found that this type of yoga resonated with me on every level of my own self development, offering an uplifting, authentic and complete experience of body and breath work, mental focus and deep relaxation.

Kundalini Yoga is an ancient art and science. It offers us the tools to balance our approach to life’s many challenges and to explore and achieve our potential. True to Yogi Bhajan’s referral to it being the “householder’s yoga”, it has complemented my busy family and work commitments, keeping up my energy and enthusiasm for life. ┬áRegular practice of Kundalini Yoga has also served to increase my creativity, insight and contentment.

My Training and Qualifications
I trained as a Kundalini Yoga teacher with the Karam Kriya School in Oxfordshire and Portugal.
My commitment to Kundalini Yoga is life-long. As my journey progresses I continue to participate in ongoing and further training to develop and improve my skill and deepen my understanding.
I am a member of KYTA (the Kundalini Yoga Teachers’ Association), associated to IKYTA (the International Kundalini Yoga Teachers’ Association)
Currently a KRI (Kundalini Research Institute) International level 1 Instructor in Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan, I am steadily working towards level 2.

I am blessed with the spiritual name of Daya Kaur, meaning “The Princess of Kindness and Compassion”
